Sure!
I've been to art critiques and I have a lot of knowledge on how to critique art, so this may be long. Please don't take offense to anything- whatever I say, I'm saying it to help you improve, not to try to hurt you.
Ok, so, first things first, I like the medium that you use, you're definitely on the right track when you start out with simple pencil and paper. Second things second, I think you should take it one step at a time- you need to practice basic skills like drawing from a picture or observation before you draw without a reference. Stick to what's easy! References are really helpful and a quick way to learn. I suggest making tons and tons of sketches on paper of anything you want- just don't draw the same thing over and over again. Craftsmen usually say it takes at least 10,000 hours to perfect a craft, and art is definitely not an exception- you need to practice as much as possible. It's really critical that you do that as a beginner.
Other than that, I really love your cartoony style, it reminds me of my old drawings.
The most important thing you can take out of this, though, is that you always need to be confident in your art. If you dislike drawing, just quit. It has to be fun to learn, even if you feel frustrated at times that's normal, but if you're dreading drawing whenever you pick up your pencil, you're not going to improve that easily if at all.
So yeah, that's all I have for you, I really hope this helps!!
