Here you go.
1. How do you define yourself in the LGBTQIA+ Spectrum?
I'm pansexual, which basically means I'm attracted to people regardless of their gender. It's all about connecting with someone on a deeper level, regardless of their gender identity or biological sex.
2. How did you discover that you are a member?
Well, back in school, I started noticing that I wasn't just crushing on people of the opposite gender. I was also finding myself attracted to folks of the same gender. That's when I realized that my heart doesn't really care about gender when it comes to love and attraction.
3. What discrimination/Stereotypes did you experience? How did it make you or break you?
One big stereotype I've faced is the assumption that as a pansexual, I automatically want to get with anyone and everyone. Trust me, that's not how it works! It's been a bit tough forming friendships with people of the same gender because there's this weird misconception that I'm always looking for something more. But you know what? I've learned to choose my friends wisely, surround myself with understanding peeps, and be open about my gender. That's made all the difference.
4. Why do you think most of the time, the LGBTQIA+ Community is misunderstood?
I think a big reason is just a lack of education, exposure, and people's personal biases. Society has these norms, religious beliefs, and cultural attitudes that have made it hard for non-heteronormative identities to be understood and accepted. And yeah, sometimes there are individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community who don't behave respectfully. But hey, that's just like any other group, right? The important thing is to look beyond those individual actions and recognize the diverse experiences and stories within the community.
