One day, I want to go to the deepest part of the ocean, where it's pitch black, lit only a few meters ahead by artificial lighting, and come face to face with a creature so massive that its eye is at least twice the size of my submarine.

But, since I know it's highly unlikely (😢), I lose myself in fiction where reality doesn't need to crush my dreams.

Fantasy has taken over to be my favourite genre to read and write in, though I do also enjoy decent horror, crime, mystery/thrillers, and adventure with a healthy dose of humour and sometimes romance.
