@daydreamingaboutbts another idea you could try is more about the atmosphere, and the simple gesture between them: it is a rainy day, with the rain pouring outside, trapping them all indoors on a rest day. no schedules, no rehearsals, just the soft sound of raindrops. they gather in the living room with warm blankets, tea, and each other’s quiet company. jin knits, yoongi naps under a kotatsu, jeongguk braids taehyung’s hair in a playful, and namjoon reads out loud softly while jimin lies across his lap.
basically, the main theme is to make the moment “soft” and you can do this by these kind of soft and loving gestures between the boys. you do not always have to do it with actions but the atmosphere, and setting, can be enough too. for gestures, you can do them fixing each other’s hair/cloths, hands on shoulders, gentle rubs on the back, letting one lay on the other one’s lap, one protecting the other one by sacrificing themselves (such as namjoon or jin covering the younger boys like jeongguk or taehyung using their jackets when it is heavy raining and they are waiting for the delayed bus) etc. by setting you can try cafes, their cozy houses, nature theme places like parks or ponds, rainy weather, cloudy day, or a warm afternoon. use shades like brown, green, pink, blue, cream etc.
avoid aggressive behavior or negative emotions like anger, sadness (use these very subtly if you do what to include them e.g. someone is having a bad day, and the other one comforts them).
you can use the ideas i suggested you (not forced to use or NOT use them). i tend to write fluff like above, and most of my one-shots have hyung line as the main leads over the younger ones so the tips may or may not suit your taste but i hope these tips helped!
