“i’m fine — it’s just a light graze .” north had her hand pressed firmly against her side , where a bullet was lodged , blue blood already coating her shirt and jacket , along with her hand .

“okay , maybe it’s a bit worse than i thought ...” she managed to get off lucky , again , having the bullet miss a biocomponent by just a few inches , maybe less . if it had been a better shot , she doubted that she would be working right now , “it missed the component , but the bullet is still in there , so don’t try and seal it up yet . i’m not living with a bullet in my side .”

            "A light graze? North, you're bleeding everywhere. That's not a light graze..." Markus took a moment to examine her, just to ensure that she was at least still functioning properly. They may be deviants, but at the end of the day, they could never quite be human, thus needing a certain amount of thirium to run through their systems in order to keep their biocomponents working as they should be. "I think we should secure the wound to the best of our abilities and then take you to see Lucy. It didn't hit any biocomponents, did it...?"
