Tbh getting rid of private messages is, to me, the most clear sign that it has gone to utter shit. This site has just gotten worse and worse; it always used to be a little wonky, but it was the interactions I had with the numerous lovely people on here that made it fun. Now that there isn’t even that, I just feel like it’s lost most of its value.

@apixrl oh god don’t even remind me of the activity tab… my nosy as looooved getting what was basically fic recs from my friends or writers I looked up to without straight up asking for it. I was so sad to see that gone too

@dicax-asina literally two of the best features that made using wp so good are gone :( that third section on notifs where u could see comments/votes on people u follow (the amount of fics i found through is INSANE) and now private messages ??
          	  
          	  so many features that gave this app so much life are either now behind a paywall or straight up removed and it hurts to think about :/

It feels good to share the labor of my love with other people, and the responses I get from you guys are more than enough to fuel my heart and brain to keep writing. Ko-fi is just for tipping, and not mandatory in any way, shape or form! Just an outlet for showing some extra appreciation, if you will.

How do people not read the descriptions of a fic?! The literal premise in some of them is “character X is dead, this is how character Z deals with it” and I still see comments on the first chapter going “omg X is dead?!?”
