Greetings one and all. I'm Dominic, or Dom, or sometimes, oi, you. From now on I'll be
 uploading my first novel The Boy Who Walked Too Far, a tale set against the backdrop of a patchwork city with monsters and Angels and a sweeping mythology. Be prepared to tread carefully, mind you ... the story will own you in the end. 

I want to bring fantasy and horror back to adults. YA floods the market, which I don't have a problem with. On the contrary, I think it is brilliant we have young people reading. But what about the Mum's and Dad's? The over thirties who can't seem to snag five seconds of time to read some escapism. We all work too hard in this day and age! The machine demands it. 
I grew up in the age of the video nasty, and a new novel by Stephen King, Clive Barker or James Herbert was akin to an elliptical event.  I want to strip it back to the wood, peel back the years and give the people of my age a piece of fantasy they can lose themselves in ... literally 😬
