i'm struggling to find my way through the existential crises of today. follow me? pardon me if i stumble.

My name is Danielle, I'm young, but wise. I have always been a writer, and I have always been in love with the way words can soothe, affect, destroy (etc) people.

I am currently writing a book, I would put a sneak peek of it on here, but I haven't decided yet.

I have been writing poetry for as long as I can remember.

I live in the City of Champions (Tuscaloosa, Alabama).

I love reading, and love having a glimpse into the mind of a fellow artist.

I am currently in love with the likes of: C.S. Lewis, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Sylvia Plath, Thoreau, and a few others.

Though, E.E. Cummings, BY FAR, takes the cake.

My entire life, I have tried to create and control things/situations, like the characters in my books. Until recently, I realized that it was impossible. 

I write to escape, and it is one of the best ways I know to let someone in.
