With an eclectic taste in reading, my writing often ranges widely in theme, but somehow historical names, places, cultures and events seem to turn up in nearly every story. Favorite eras include the Tudor dynasty, middle ages, Greek history, Atlantis, the 1960's, and any time frame that puts the characters I create through some type of transformation. To me, the best stories always relay more about the character's adaptability in the face of unexpected challenges than what action takes place. I enjoy working with a local group of writers at our writing critique meetings where we share our work and provide feedback that enriches our efforts. When ready, I believe I will have a publishable work completed and perfected to present to the world.
