does anybody have any tips on how to reduce pain in a broken finger? I've chopped the bone near my knuckle on my right ring finger and I'm don't like taking medication for pain, so- any tips? (Ice makes it worse too)

@-ETHEREALSTAR the general outside is making it hurt at the moment, trying to get food out of the freezer is even worse, I'll definitely give a heatpack a try if I can find one

(@zukuromanoff) if ice doesn't help, then yeah maybe try wrapping a heatpack or a warm tea towel over it to help relieve pain
