update on my post this morning: i went to the tournament and my sister played really well!! she had a bye for around 2 hours so we went to get merch (like a sweatshirt and like her usav badge and stuff) and she found out one of her classmates (one of our family friends) was playing and my mom went to talk to his dad but guess who was on the court next to him playing?!?!? MY CRUSH. so while my mom talked to the parent with my sister in tow, i got to watch him playyy (for like 10 mins tho, also he’s good bc he’s almost 15 on a 14s team but his team is kinda bad. they got last in their day one pool). i’m not going tomorrow or monday because idk my grandparents wanted to take me to see my cousins tomorrow and obviously i have school on monday. i’m kinda sad bc i thought maybe i might see him again but his court was on like the opposite side of the convention center soo

also he my sister and my friends and all the other kids on his team (9/13 kids on his team go to my school) are gonna miss the eclipse stuff at my school- in dallas we’re gonna have a total solar eclipse!

guys my crush is playing at the same vb tournament as my sister today should i go watch (he is on a 14s team with some kids -who are in the grade below me)  the boys tourney for 11-14s is this wknd and the girls for 11-13 is also this weekend (my friends are 14s)
