I don't recommend mixing those two ingredients together. It doesn't go very well.

A waste of perfectly good ingredients in her opinion, though apparently there were few in this school with regard to potions, treating it as nothing more than another boring subject. Her hand absentmindedly waved away the smoke that had drifted in her direction, tilting her chair backwards slightly so she wouldn't end up inhaling it. "Gryffindors, they have a need to be dramatic," she muttered under her breath, more to herself than anyone else.

@zabiniheiress Alice let out a snort, stirring the concoction around with a spoon. “Do you know how hard it is to get out of this class? Don’t worry, damage will be.. minimal.” She hoped. Alice spared a glance to the professor, winking at the other girl before placing a fleck of powder into the mix. The pot erupted, blue ash poofing out of it in a cloud. Like Alice had promised, it never reached Maya, just covered Alice from head to toe. She put on her best innocent facade, raising her hand as she added a cough for emphasis. “Sir? I think I need to be excused.”

“Have you ever considered asking to be dismissed, like a normal person, or is asking something Gryffindors don’t do?” Was the concept so above most people that they resorted to other measures instead? In hindsight, she wasn’t sure she could remember anyone just putting in a request to leave. It certainly wasn’t as difficult as they seemed to think. Inching her chair slightly away from the other witch, she gave her an expectant look, as if knowing that she was probably going to get a solid no to her question.
