Don't change? 
            Im sure she is a lovely person but honestly, In that book she doesn't sound happy. Don't change means don't change your habits. 
            She suffers from Depression and and eating disorders. 
            Never tell someone "Dont change" If they have issues that could harm and affect their life. 
            And Im sorry if I come off as rude, Just doesn't make sense to me.
