long message, but i’d like you to read it through.
lately, i have been dealing with personal struggles. mental health, school, and family problems i won’t get into. i felt alone, sad, numb, angry, unmotivated. i felt as if my existence didn’t matter to anyone, that i was unloved and not needed in this world. i’m still struggling against those feelings, to see life as the gift it is instead of the burden it has felt like for the past couple of months. on the days i could, i wrote down a couple of my thoughts on the Iphone notes app. it got addicting: being able to talk to someone without the complication of actually talking to someone. i started typing out everything i felt related to my mental state, the good and the bad. i found that it was extremely helpful. the point of this message is to announce my new “book”, Locked Notes. Locked Notes is book full of quotes from my notes app that i’m willing to share in order to make others feel understood, and to keep that loneliness out anyone’s of sight. i’ve written 70 parts with a goal of 100 parts, and if you are feeling out of place, or need to get something out, i encourage you try to put it into words. message it to me, and with your permission, i will put your quote into my book, anonymously unless told otherwise.
if you ever, ever need someone to talk to, feel free to reach out to me; i will always listen. take care of yourself, eat good food, drink a lot of water, and get plenty of rest. and most importantly, make sure to seek help if you feel even the slightest out of place.
