I used to be a professional juggler and a fire-eater. I’m also the author of five books, and that early experience has really helped me as a writer – keepin’ balls in the air while taking ginormous risks! 

Case in point: my new release, FIND ME I’M YOURS, is in a brand new genre I call “CLICK LIT.” It’s the story of Mags Marclay, a girl who is led on a treasure hunt to find her soul mate. While you read, you can click through embedded links that go to video clues from the mysterious stranger Mags dubs “Mr. WTF,” and 33 custom websites featuring loads of ways for you to interact and share your own content.
 
My other books include a humor/performance art book (A La Cart: The Secret Lives of Grocery Shoppers), memoir (Queen of the Oddballs: And Other Stories Unaccording to Plan), and non fiction (Girl Power: Young Women Speak Out! and Zine Scene, which I wrote with Francesca Lia Block).
