After finishing death note I have a few points to make (spoiler free):
1.) Matsuda was the BEST character (him and ryuk) and no one can change my mind
2.)I don’t get the general hype around the show in general but it was good for what it was
3.) went on for too long
4.) aaaand light using misa the entire time irritated me so much : , )

@Mr7Reality no no don’t apologize you make very valuable points and I agree wholeheartedly :). I agree the most with number 6. the reason I believe the show might’ve gone on for a bit too long is because it was so predictable from the very start. The lack of suspense despite it being a show that should’ve utilized it really turned me off from the show at around episode 11.

unpopular and slightly controversial opinion but I want to share nonetheless-
Emma ruined TPN for me. Not to say I don't enjoy the series- I do, (I own the whole manga set) but I just feel like Emma really was lacking as a character. There weren't many repercussions for making some of the really rash choices she made and every character went along with what she said because she was Emma, the main protagonist. Even Ray, who was my favorite character BECAUSE he challenged the stupid ideas, eventually fell silent and also jumped on the bandwagon.
Plus, I believe Norman was right about eradicating the demons, (different conversation that I don't want to talk about atm). However, through the power of friendship, he was bested (or "proved wrong") by Emma and the fandom made him out to seem like some genocidal maniac and everyone completely ignored all that the demons had put him and the people around him through.
Sorry rant over, I just had to get that off my chest.
I'm curious to know if anyone agrees and if you don't, what's your stance on the subject?

So not sure if anyone else is into legend of the galactic heroes (die neue these) but it’s super good and I HIGHLY recommend it if you want an anime with extremely good strategy/military tactics
Plus the design is really good and all the characters are gorgeous lmao

Im curious, has anyone seen jujutsu Kaisen? Is it any good/worth a watch?? I’ve been debating it since I saw they released a dub for it but I’m uncertain if it’s a good Show or not lmao

@nenmaster much appreciated! I started it yesterday and just kinda binged the 12 dub episodes that were out, I was very pleasantly surprised. definitely worth the hype imo.

definitely worth watching!! it’s one of my favorite shows already and the full season isn’t even out yet. highly recommend watching it. and the dub is actually reallyyyy good

So many friends have tried to get me to watch hxh over the years and all they had to say was that Robbie daymond voices a badass black haired boss guy and I would’ve watched it immediately.
