So. It’s been a while, huh?
Here’s a quick recap: started therapy, my mental health hit the lowest abyss in November 2021 (spoiler alert, it ended up being dethroned by an all time low in September 2022!!!!!), I lost my therapist due to my attachment issues and had to start seeing a different one which I dropped after a few months, started my first job at a pub to support my spending problem, lost track of uni due to the demanding hours, got accepted into my dream Master’s Degree program only to lose my spot due to not being able to graduate in September because of my job, quit my job and began pouring all of my energies back into uni.
I am currently awaiting the results of my second to last exam whilst preparing for my last exam on Friday, after that I have to work on my little thesis and graduate at the beginning of March, therefore I believe it is clear where my attention and my effort lay.
Everything I went through these past couple years (which is far more than all the things I listed) have led to a ton of growth and a lot of change. I am not who I was when I first started this account. I look back at that girl with tenderness and compassion, and I do not regret her existence. However, a big chunk of her is gone now.
