Is Uncovered Illusions complete?  I bi-passed reading several times even though it was a sequel because it was ongoing since 2020 with about 3 chapters left till completion.  I finally decided to look at the last chapter updated  #57) and it said END.   I just couldn't figure why you would leave the final book ongoing for 3 years.  I will move it to my current read library and finish reading.  If it is indeed complete you might want to change it from ongoing to complete! 

So it may not be a regular update but um....we have a new oneshot!! When uni stuff paused, I got the urge to just try and write something, to maybe get back in the habit of doing that if I could. And trying to get back into an ongoing story out of nowhere felt a little like too overwhelming and i worried it wouldn't necessarily fit w the vibe of the book coz i need time to get back into the zone, so I decided a oneshot was better. I went in with no major prompt, nothing, and ended up with faerie and mystic vibes so..make of that what you will xD. I think almost everything I write these days will be either fantasy or scifi or something along those lines. It seems to be how my writing brain wants to express itself so...be ready for that I guess. 
          
          Wonders, I am so grateful that you've stuck around over the last several months, over the last year and a bit probably. I don't know when regular updates will be back, if ever. I definitely won't be able to go back to daily updates like I did when I was 14 but that's also because I don't have the time to do that anymore and I like to make sure the ongoing stuff is edited at least a little so it's vaguely good these days. 
          
          That being said, I hope you enjoy the oneshot!

..so it's been a while...again. Life has a funny habit of getting in the way, which is no excuse, but is the truth. As always, distractions have come in the way of actual writing, and the motivation to continue the ongoing stuff has been sidelined by....the latest things that have taken over my brain xD. But that doesn't mean I've forgotten that Wattpad exists necessarily...and I'm still the fantasy nerd y'all are used to. I can't promise when an update will happen because I genuinely have no idea when inspiration will strike. But it will...eventually. I don't know how or when or where or any of that. But hopefully soon! 
          
          I know that's a disappointing answer, but I genuinely do appreciate you all sticking by me this long without updates or even so much as a hello...I'm bad at keeping track of these things. And then when I remember I don't know what to say that would be interesting.

Hi wonders! 
          The time has come for the next art fest, and this one will be heavily inspired by the fact that our discord server is nearly two years old! It definitely doesn't feel as long as two years..but here we are. This time around, everyone is getting the exact same prompt: Wandering Through a Wonder.
          
          We've tried to make this as vague and open as possible, but we'd love to see some reference to exploration, though it doesn't have to be somewhere fantastical in order to be valid. To allow us time to organise any entries (and allow for my inability to function), the cut off date is the 23rd of May 2023. That's just under two months away.

          The next art fest will be...very soon, and the prompt will be inspired by the fact that it's nearly the 2-year anniversary of the Wonders discord server (it doesn't feel like it's been two years but here we are) so I'll be sharing the details of that soon!

I've had this profile theme (the banner and the profile picture) since I started writing Taekook and BTS fics back in...about April 2017 (these early works have been unpublished now, and I did have some very bad original stuff up that were taken down before those first Taekook books were written as far as I remember). 
          
          So it's been a while...but now I'm starting to wonder if I should consider shifting up my theme, at least a little bit, because I've changed so much since I started my books back then. I was probably about 15, and now I'm 21 (I don't believe that either). There's nothing wrong with being either of those ages, but it would be wrong to think I'm the exactly the same as when I was 15, and I'd like to think my writing has improved over the last 6 years. But I also know that this profile theme has become a sort of..not a brand, that's the wrong word, but for some people who've been here for a while I'm sure it's a familiar thing. I don't even know what I would change (probably not the profile pic, I think it still holds up xD, and I like the purple/green contrast I have at the moment) but I wanted to ask opinions first. What do the wonders think? how attached are we to this theme, and how much could I change it without becoming completely unrecognisable?
