If net neutrality is repealed of course will be devastated but also grateful for this app and all of social media. I want to let you guys know how much I love you and if it is repealed I will miss you guys so much. ( I obviously cannot pay for it. )

net neutrality only meant that the speeds of websites had to be the same. wattpad won’t cost money unless wattpad makes itself cost money.okay, we may get lower speed, but it’ll only effect the websites not apps. so if we lose, the internet won’t go away. net neutrality was only in place for two years before this year so this isn’t as big of a deal as we are making it. the rumors about having to pay for everything is fake, and it won’t take place for another year. it still has to go through congress and courts so it probably won’t pass.
