apologies for the millionth time for inactivity, been having major issues with drama and fatigue but getting back on the grind lol

OKAY its up. ummm additional notes for those who care:
          - i already have chapter 2 and most of chapter 3 written. im planning on posting them on a weekly-ish schedule but i cant promise itll be the most stable thing
          - the whole story is planned and im not gonna be making any major changes to it.
          - chapters will usually be pretty long, and the fic itself is gonna go on for A WHILE. strap in :3
          - again, not gonna be following canon strictly at all. these characters exist in a space divorced from the canon, but i will draw some elements from their canon stories. everything i choose to change is intentional.
          - TWs will be at the start of each chapter if applicable, I'll only be warning for like big stuff tho
          - I'm writing this in my free time! I have a job and life responsibilities to take care of, if I miss a week or take a break that doesn't mean I'm gone forever. Please be patient :3

so uh. been a little over a year since the last update i gave. not sure if people are interested in hearing about this stuff, but i kinda wanted to scream into the void about this idk.
          
          ive graduated high school now, its kinda wild to think about that since i started writing whitruv when i was in my sophomore year. its been harder for me to write within the last couple years for a variety of reasons that are admittedly pretty personal so i dont plan on getting into them.
          
          but! im still kinda writing stuff on the side. its slow and im committed to not publishing until im at least finished with a decent chunk of story because i know how inconsistent my writing schedule can be and how easy it can become for me to neglect it entirely. i do plan on publishing the remaster and all that still, but its definitely gonna be a while before i do.
          
          i am trying to write almost every day, though, so hopefully i can really knuckle down and do this. itd be like three years in the making lol.
          
          i might also make a oneshot book or something similar with shorter blurbs from AUs and stuff. i still really like these guys but at a certain point the lack of variety with plots and elements gets boring, and i really think theres a lot that can be done with them. even if my shorter stories arent perfect or at the same level as my longer works, at least they'll be something, right?
          
          anyways i'll keep you posted, getting back to work now

feels wacky typing on someone's conversations board but i saw your profile and remembered something. i just wanted to say that because of your whitty/ruv fic, i was inspired to write my very first fanfiction ever, and a couple months away from 2 years later, im now immersed in fanfiction and it has been a very positive highlight of my life as an outlet for my thoughts. thank you for being such an awesome inspiration and i hope wherever you are in your journey as an author goes well! :)

          idk lmk which one yall like the most bc the walking into a bar joke was like the extent of my genius

anyways. i will never be continuing the old fic from where it left off, that version of it will never receive an update. its been a year since i started writing it and my writing style in general has changed so much that im really not proud of the majority of it.
          
          HOWEVER. i will have a lot of time over the summer and i still love this ship a lot. so it MIGHT get remastered. im not making any promises, because god knows i dont want a bunch of people asking me where i am if i disappear again, but it might. stay tuned i guess.
