Umm Miss author im not trynna rush you or nothing but I need multiple speedy updates I am emotionally invested in this story and I need to know that Essie is okay and Mama Kendra will be okay and just everything will be alright. Man say!!! Mental health is so important! Take time to take care of yourself even if that means taking a day off work. Talk to someone. Do something that makes you happy. Trauma is such a real thing. You are important. You are worth it and life wouldn’t be the same without you. Keep pushing keep pressing. If something or someone help you, please get help. Getting help doesn’t make you weak, it makes you strong! If you are someone who doesn’t know where to start, start with me. My inbox is always open.
