i cannot process what is happening to me.
          
          i woke up at 11 pm hot and uncomfortable, then 30 minutes later, i got the worst cramps in my entire life.
          12 am, i took medicine, then another 30 minutes, woke up and had to throw up.
          
          i feel a bit better now, but im still not great.
