          	Do you let it out?

@itskennywrites you try to analyse the reason behind it ig. tbh whenever i get too angry i just back away from the situation & try think abt the event for sometime/ a day/ even a week depending on the situation. this could mean being alone in a dark room or taking a walk, perhaps going abt your day until yoi can come in terms with this person/ situation. i realised fighting or using my voice to either defend myself or a situation just leads to more & more heartbreak & anger. so I just try to avoid the conflict how much ever i can & try to form a mental plan to analyse the situation. if i can't i just sit down & let my mind float. really depends on you. you will have to find your own way of coping with things. provided it's healthy.

@itskennywrites When I get angry, I'm quick to lose my temper, and those breathing techniques don't do a damn thing for me. I tend to lash out, which is terrible, so I've been working hard to get it under control. Usually, I storm out of the room and start writing furiously. Writing is my therapy. I write and write until I feel the anger drain away.

Will you enter it and stride in, or would you ring the bell and see if the demons are there?

@ itskennywrites I thought I have to fix them and spend so much time with them and then you see that they just replace you with a other person
