I'm not feeling well with how I moved to another country and had to shut down my own self from everything I had been doing home...
It's stressing me out on how much I had to restrain.
Now it's breaking down on me like a da*n building....

@jianjothewizkid I hope you will adapt the new environment soon. Meet new people and make a new start. Remind yourself everyday that your happiness is the most important thing, don't let the people and emotions that make you stressed or upset overwhelmed you. Always leave self-care time everyday even if you are busy. I also move to another country five months ago. Different living habits and working environments are really difficult to adapt. I'm still trying. I hope you will be fine,too. Take care
