@Stay_Astray15 hi hi, i have lots to say about writer's block but i will keep it short and precise
1. before you even start writing, make sure you have the full story planned. have the beginning, middle and ending plotted and written down somewhere in bullet points or however you'd like it. you don't need to have all the details, just make sure you're not going into a story blind.
2. writer's block is different for everyone. you may have trouble with continuing the story, you may have no idea what to write next. you may even have all the ideas in the world but no motivation to write it. figure out what your issue is at hand.
3. once you know what you struggle with, keep it aside and take a look at your work. let's say you have trouble with motivation but have ideas, first up i'd say read your past comments, votes anything that will give you a little spark. ask your readers if they're still waiting for an update, most of the times they'll say yes and you'll feel like you have a responsibilty.
4. let's say you have no ideas in general, then i'd say first write down all the scenes you wanted your story to have in the first place. usually all of us writers have that one scene we're waiting to write but we never get to that point or it takes too long. write it in bullet points if you need to but write it down. once you have that, you can start plotting your story around it, how to get to that point, how to continue after that, etc etc.
5. if you have ZERO ideas in general, i'd suggest reading back your own story, read the previous chapters from starting to the end, usually you will get at least some ideas. you can take some time after that and build up on it.
an unhinged tip i have lol is to literally sit in your free time and close your eyes or pace around and plot your works, imagine a whole scene in your head and just walk around for a few minutes every day (before writing if you want). that to me at least gives me loads of ideas
i hope these help you out :)
