Author J. Lloyd Morgan is an award winning author and television director. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Communications and a minor in English. Morgan has lived all over the United States, but now resides in North Carolina with his wife and four daughters. Aside from writing, Morgan is an avid reader. He’s also a huge fan of baseball and enjoys listening to progressive rock.

He is the author of the novels “The Hidden Sun” and “The Waxing Moon.” His published short stories include “Howler King,” “I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day,” “The Reluctant Wanderer” and award-winning “The Doughnut.”

An anthology of short stories, observations and insights called “The Night the Port-A-Potty Burned Down and Other Stories” will be released at the end of 2012.

His next novel, “The Mirror of the Soul”, was written in conjunction with international recording artist Chris de Burgh and is scheduled for release in early 2013.
