I write because I can't properly communicate my thoughts any other way. I read because my life is dull and boring in comparison to the vivid stories at my disposal. Wattpad is the place I feel safest to both read and write because the other users are similar to me. This is my safe haven, my get away, my distraction, my diary, everything. The reason I feel so reserved when it comes to displaying my work is because I'm afraid of the criticism. But on wattpad, I get to put on a mask and play writer without the reader knowing who I am.
