'It always seems impossible until its done'- Nelson Mandela
Hi my name is khadija most people call me dija or khadie. I am 16 years old and I'm still in school; some would say I am kind of weird because I actually like school. I love reading and writing however at this time you will find me reading, commenting and voting *so if you want me to read your books just inbox me Ill be happy to* only because I don't think I'm comfortable enough and I guess I'm just not ready to start writing yet but I do have some great ideas. I also love to eat, play volleyball, model and music all genres just to name a few. I play the clarinet I have reached Grade 3 in the ABRSM exams. I love most kinds of books; I don't think you can get me to read any vampire or werewolf ones. I don't have many friends I guess you can call me a loner and I really love my family. My favorite possessions are my make up and my tablet. I am obsessed with the new tv series Power you guys should check it out. I don't think I have a favorite author or book but my role model is the late Nelson Mandela 'Madiba' I also look up to many of the black revolutionaries and philanthropist of the world. I will leave you with my favorite poem 'Invictus' by William Ernest Henley:-

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.
