Keith Allen Covell

I have been writing since I was around seven years of age. It started with short ghost stories, which I made into small books with pictures that I drew. I then read them in front of my elementary classes. It was pretty cool. :)

I continued to write ever since that point and never stopped. I went on to write hundreds of poems, some short stories, and I still am working a couple of unfinished novels. Dep|den, a fantasy epic, is in progress now and I'm excited to see where that goes. Stay Tuned!!

To add, I also won a short story contest while I attended High School. The funny thing is, I was sick that day. Of all the days..Haha! ;p

In my last year of High School I joined the Army National Guard and went on to train in Broadcast Journalism, which ultimately prepared me for speech, audio, and video work. During my six year service, I traveled to states all over the USA by plane. This firstly quenched my thirst for travel and adventure in a real way.   

While doing all of these things, I formed acoustic rock and metal outfits. I have played live, performing locally. I am a singer, lyricist, instrumentalist, and producer.

I enrolled in Garrett College, in McHenry Maryland, shortly before completing my military contract. There, I majored in Psychology.

I have only grown stronger in all of these skills.

I am spiritual and explorative. I have been to the American Pacific Coast by way of vehicle, from Maryland. I'd like to be on the road one day spreading out my writing and musical influences.
