          hello there angels !
          
          i hope you're having a great day and that you're eating and hydrating on time <3 if you're going through some stuff , please remember to not give up and that things will get better ! sorry for the delay in this message , i've been busy with stuff at home , hopefully this message isn't as bad ;;
          
          sometimes in life when things never seem to be going right , it's just so hard to keep going on. everything's falling apart , you don't feel happy with what you do and you tend to do nothing but criticise yourself. and often during these times , we tend to shut people away. not talk about what's going on , not getting that thing that's been bugging you off your chest because you think they'll only hate you more or that you're nothing but being a disturbance. 
          
          and it's okay to feel that way , you know ? it's alright to feel like a burden or a mess , i'm not saying that's bad. what's wrong is staying that way. understanding and helping others is always a good thing to do , but how do you expect to do that with others when you can't understand yourself ? understanding yourself is so very important , knowing your weaknesses and working on them , knowing your strengths and using them for the better. knowing what you are and what you want to be. you'll realise , that when you understand yourself , that when you're feeling like a burden but you know you aren't , that it's easier talking to others too.
          
          so this note was for two things : understanding who you are , and what you want to be as well as why it's okay to close yourself off sometimes. but please , instead of giving up try to find out why you feel this way , and if you know why find a way to make yourself feel better. because in the end , despite everyone's love and support , it's you who can save yourself. no one else.

          i hope that you're having a great day and that you're eating and hydrating on time <3 if you're not then i want you to know that you're loved , adored , and cherished ♡ also wanted you to know that my messages are gonna come by a bit rarely since my dad's back home and i need to make sure he doesn't catch me on my phone !!
          
          "i love you", i don't really think any other sentence means so much to someone but yet is possibly the biggest lie you can ever hear. and sometimes , we're just so used to saying it to everyone that we quite lose the real meaning behind it. it's not until someone's not there anymore , or till you're not able to look into their eyes that you realise how much they matter to you.
          
          what is love ? love is that one feeling which , if true and pure , changes you. the best kind of love does that , it makes you a better person. and it doesn't always have to be romantic , in my eyes , friendships and family matter more. so now , think again ? every person you've ever said i love you too , did they deserve it ? did they earn those three words which could make someone's day better ? if they didn't , they don't deserve it. there are people out there who've been through every step of yours , helped you when you were down and never let you go.
          
          and if you can't keep just simple three words which would mean the world only to those sweethearts , what's the use ? they've been there through your thick and thin , the least you could do is show them how much they matter to you in a way that's just for them. because if everyone gets it , it's not special.
          
          so think again , and then decide. who deserves these three words nd who doesn't ?

          i hope you're doing okay and are eating and hydrating on time <3 i'm a bit better now, still feeling like shit but thank you for your concern guys , ilysm ): i'll try my best to be okay </3 if you're having a bad day i hope you know that it's okay to be down sometimes , happens to us all.
          
          this is gonna be just a normal note , because it feels like a lot of people don't need some ted talk rn so : i hope you know that it's completely alright to feel down , to feel like not living anymore and giving up when things get rough. it's how life works , it's this endless loop of having , losing , crying , and getting better together. if you dwell on the past just to not let go of what you've lost , how will you find new and maybe even better things ? we all have to make hard choices. that's life. and sometimes the past is pulling us in one direction and the future is calling us somewhere new. but you should follow your heart , that's the thing that knows love doesn't it ?
          
          the best kind of love does that. it changes you. it makes you a better person. and love always doesn't work , that's to remember. it's a leap of faith you should take wisely. and if you ever feel like you can't have everything , know that no one can. and it's okay , you'll get what you need. people will bring you down , there will be storms to pass and decisions to make.
          
          but you know what ? don't stress yourself so much upon it. they say don't take life seriously , no one makes it out alive. and it's true , enjoy what you have now. hug all your friends , life's yours , this day is yours.
          
          a new day , a new chance to start living and stop surviving.
