The "Children of Aziron" Books ("Stormspeaker" and "Starchild") are my YA books.

Children of the Bear is an (adult) series that started as a writing exercise about exploring villains as characters. It grew into an entire world and I found myself unable to stop writing. I wanted to push myself and my characters, to get to core of character motivation. The series isn't what I would call conventional, more character focused than plot focused but I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I did writing them. Can be read standalone or as a series.

My "Children of Aziron" series is more traditional in setup and also set in the world of En. If you're looking for a YA Fantasy series, I love for you to give it a shot!

*THE BEAR:  The beginning of the villains' stories is really a tale of family and the effect of people's actions on one another. Of all the books, this one is probably the one most akin to a drama (albeit with fantasy villains playing all the roles!)
*LYRA'S TALE: Combined with "The Bear" this is a true villain origin story. One sadistic woman rising from minor villain to one that the whole world will need to fear. If you like to cheer for and feel things for the bad guys, this is for you but don't expect any redeeming qualities in this lady.
*FENRIN'S TALE: Enjoy a good redemption arc? The juxtaposition of the goodhearted and the wicked? This is the book for you. Probably the most stand alone of the series as well.
*FIONA'S TALE: Looking for a tale of high adventure with large battles and high stakes? This is the story of good's influence helping uproot a legacy of evil. Story of hope, love, and forgiveness on a backdrop of wickedness.

*THE CHILDREN OF AZIRON: Anyone ask for a magical plucky teen? A bunch of found family feels? I gotcha covered :)

*CHILD OF MARA: Academic delinquent accidently adopts carnivorous Jesus :)
