Reading lists are mostly for me to get to read. The only lists I have read 50%-100% of are the "fin n fav" and the "finish later". 
The ones in my default reading lists are ones recommended by many so I would also recommend those and anything in the "fin n fav" list. 
The "check" list are recommended by a few and I will be looking into it so see if it suits my tastes. I usually don't reject anything and will ready everything but if I'm not in the mood then it will have to wait. 

If you want recs for bl manga/webcomics/etc. I have a lot of those as well and would love to help.
