i don’t do this often, but i just had to say this. 
          
          so your book, a thousand and one years, was the first book of yours i had ever read. but once i finished it, i lost it and i hated that, because i wanted to reread it. but then i discovered you again, and i was so happy. 
          
          your writing is truly amazing and i just wanted to acknowledge that, and let you know that i really appreciate all your books (i’m in the midst of reading them all)

          this is gonna be a longer announcement, but I would love it if you all would respond. as you know, my country is in a state of unrest, where it should be. as an asian american, I want to be more educated about the struggles that black people have to face. if there are any wattpad books or published books that represent this, I would love for any recommendations please!
          
          also, i decided to enter the lonely hearts club for the wattys. however, I'm not at the word count...so I've decided to edit and write additional chapters for it! I'll be editing it while also writing it only rained after you left.
