And another 5 years have flown by,

I have to admit that after I graduated all those years ago, I deleted the Wattpad app from my phone because I had so many things to do other than reading novels on my phone, and sadly, I never come back... until now.

I'm now 28 years old. It's about 8 years now since I discovered Wattpad. Can you believe that? I feel so old lol. Anyways, I came back because I was thinking about a character from one of my favorite novels (that I haven't even finished). I downloaded the app and logged in just to find that the novel wasn't even there anymore. I'm so sad T T

So many things happened while I'm gone. After I graduated from uni I went to my dream culinary school in Australia for a year just to have a semi-horrible experience that made me never want to work in the kitchen again. I came back home, working for a bit and starting my Master's Degree in Hospitality Management. I joined a luxury hotel for a year, then COVID hit and I got laid off. Now I work in a Hospitality College working my way to be a full-time instructor in Hotel Management. Whewww I've been through so much my 20 yo self would be shocked lol.

As for Detention, I got so many messages over the years (even though I just read them today) that the story went on private. I checked it and most of the chapters went unpublished due to new policy 2 years ago. I have republished all of them in case someone still wants to read it. You can also go read it at the original website this story was posted at the link below (the website is still working I'm so surprised).

And I found the original writer's profile on Goodread. I don't know how it works but if he contacts me to take the story down I will. And as I said, the story is very explicit Wattpad might take it down (who knows right? I don't know their new policy) So read up while you still can!
