          anyways, I know that it's been a while since I've updated any of my fics (oops) but recently I have been dabbling in some short/original stories and I have decided to post them on a different account to keep them separate from the fics I have here.

OMG THIS IS LITERALLY ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING DAYS OF MY LIFE
          
          Although I have entered essay-writing contest before, entering the “A Choice to Be” contest by @YaRomance is my first time entering a story into a contest.
          
          I didn’t expect to win, but I was stressing over my thesis when I received the notification that I had achieved the honorable mention.
          
          This may not seem like a big deal to anyone else, but this small win for me motivates me to further my dream of someday being a writer :)

          Acknowledging the fact that I haven’t completed as single one of my stories yet (oopsies), I do have this one fully outlined to the last chapter and I will see this through (hopefully)

          “wish I’d never grown up” is about how as a child, all we ever wanted to do was to grow up - but growing up wasn’t the bed of roses it originally seemed
