Ah.
          
          I’ve been inactive. On everything. 
          
          How dramatic. 
          
          When I say it’s been a stressful past few months (a stressful whole year, really), I mean it. A lot. I appreciate the support and kind comments I still get on this platform even now when I’ve been radio silent for a very long time. I guess that’s why I’m starting here to get my shit back together. 
          
          Basically, a lot happened within the past many months that just overwhelmed me to the point where I deactivated Twitter and just… stopped writing. Other things had already happened at the beginning of the year, but then all at once, I started my freshman year at uni away from home, my mother moved overseas, I lost another close relative, I fell in love, had several ER trips, started therapy, and… I’m doing okay. That’s it. I’m doing okay now, and now that it’s a new year, I miss my writiny friends and I want to get back into it. “It” being writing things I love and having a safe place for myself and one of my hobbies.
          
          I’m starting small and slow with a new chapter of You’re Insufferable. It's been a very long time coming, and I don't know when it'll be out. But I have the whole fic planned. There are a solid 1000 words I'm happy with so far. I'm working on it and want to see it completed. If anyone has been waiting on it or updates for any of my other stories, thanks for your extreme patience. You guys are fucking awesome. I'm taking this step by step, but I really want to be able to add chapters to everything soon. 
          
          I'll hop back on Twitter when I feel ready for it. I kind of screwed myself over on that one by deactivating- I've basically lost the AUs, and I dunno how many writiny or readers will still remember me on there. I'll have to start from scratch. As for ao3, it unfortunately doesn't have a place where I can post long ass essays like this one explaining my absence, but I'll put new chapters up when I can and see what happens.
