Melissa A. Hanson

I live in Southern California with my husband and two sons. Growing up in Southern California, inspiration for the city of "Riverview" is based on my hometown for both of my clean YA romances. I love reading and designing, my brain constantly thinking about new stories or angles I can use from everyday and bring them to life in my stories.
 
My debut novel "A Healing Heart" was initially released in 2012 and as I completed my second story I revamped it with some minor edits and added a few scenes that I thought completed the over all story. I re-released it with a new cover to coordinate with my second book in July of 2015. It is book 1 of the Riverview Series and it is Bailey & Collin's story.
 
In August of 2015 "A Healing Spirit", book 2 of the Riverview Series was released. It is Mia & Dylan's story. The original inspiration for Mia's story came from an actual medical event. 
 
Each book is a stand-alone novel.
 
Book 3 of the Riverview Series is in the early stages and will be Natasha's story.
