Well, uh, my spring break has been extended by three weeks (kind of) thanks to the coronavirus. So it looks like I'll have a lot more time to write and read my fellow authors' books!

Hey y'all! Long time no talk. 
          
          With midterms finally over, I've found the chance to write a little bit. And so I present to you the first chapter of part two! This arc delves into a setting that might be slightly more familiar to those of you who have taken any world history class. 
          
          Hope you all enjoy! And as always, don't hold back in giving critique. If my work sucks, then I want to know .

          To celebrate the event, I posted the final chapter to part 1 of my story. It is supposed to have a dramatic undertone, but I am not entirely sure if I did the best job of conveying that. If anybody can give me a little insight, I'd be most grateful!
