          Kaya nga ‘di ba “comfort food” ang tawag sa mga pagkain na gusto nating kainin when we feel down and out.
          
          We do “binge eating”. Yung lafang ka nang lafang kasi unconsciously you want to divert your attention at maging busy ang mind mo sa ibang bagay. Yung instead na bumusangot ka, susubo nang susubo ka na lang.
          
          MALUNGKOT KA LANG - HINDI KA GUTOM. Pero katulad ng gùtom, ang kalungkutan ay lilipas din ‘yan. Pwedeng magmukmok, umiyak, at matulog, pero babangon at babangon - hindi lang kumain kundi lumaban!
          
          Kaya wag kang laging sad. BAKA JUMUBIS KA! ✌️

          (1) Mahalin mo siya at iparamdam mo sa kanya na he will never be loved this way again. Your love is like a special cake that you only can bake.
          
          (2) Alagaan mo siya na parang ikaw ang oxygen niya. S/He will stop existing if s/he stops longing for you.
          
          (3) Yakapin mo siya lagi na parang huling pagkakataon mo na sa kanya. Love him at that moment. Yung tipong yayakapin mo at magtatanong siya kung bakit. And you say, “Wala, na-miss lang kita.”
          
          (4) Tag mo siya sa post na ‘to and comment “ I love you more than you’ll ever now”. 
          
          (Syempre wala ka ma-tag kasi nga bokya ka ngayon eh. )
          
          This might make you feel selfish and that you manipulate his emotions.
          
          PERO MAHAL MO ‘YUNG TAO. Natural lang na you give him/her the best version of your love for him/her.

          3. We are together but “we are separate and independent individuals”. Tatanggapin ko ang katotohanan na may mga bagay na you prefer not telling me. You are not compelled to tell me if you are not comfortable. I don’t need to know everything.
          
          4. I will respect your “me-time”. Kung minsan na may topak ka at ayaw mo makita ang pagmumukha ko, magsabi ka lang ng “taym pers” - I will patiently wait for you.
          
          I want you to grow as a person. JOWA MO AKO pero I will not limit your opportunities and possibilities in life.
