Papahinga muna ako from BCs after finishing up with my last book partner. I’m too deep into writing—hirap magfocus. Kailangan ko raw munang magsulat sabi nina Gideon at Bee.

Ano ba’ng habol niyo sa book clubs, fellow book club members? Para gumanda pa’ng pagsulat niyo? Para may magbigay ng positive criticism at may magpoint out ng ikagaganda pa ng obra niyo? Hindi ba dapat learning process ito?
          
          Or are you just a member for (forced) reads and (forced) votes?
          
          I mean additional reads and votes are always nice. Pero naman. Pag, may correction nang ginagawa ang book club partner niyo from TWO YEARS ago, i-edit niyo naman. Sayang yung effort nung tao. I mean why are you even in a book club?

@pattyst4r di ba? Like hindi ko alam minsan kung bakit sumasali ang iba, lalo yung more than two years na yung book pero halatang walang editing na nangyayari. Sali lang siya nang sali, pataas nang pataas ang votes and reads. Ang sakit lang sa ulo. Okay lang sa akin yung newly published na book na may mga mistakes—it’s still raw. Magandang tulungan. Ako, talagang matagal na akong sumasali sa book clubs, just wanna make sure na may ibang mata na titingin, just too gauge the readability of my works. Kung naiintindihan ba nila? May friction ba? Ganoon. Pero talaga naiinis din ako pag halatang hindi nagbabasa yung partner. Lalo yung walang reading comprehension. 
            
            Kaya napapaisip din ako kung papahinga muna ako sa clubs lalo I have organic readers naman—thank god haha. Wishing you all the best, Patty :)

@mslialuna I agree! This is what I did noong may nagpuna ng mga mali ko sa book. Talagang nagtake time ako para mag-edit and revise. I really want to improve kaya ko ginawa. Siguro, at first talaga lalo kapag bago, mas after sila sa reads and votes. Pero I am totally with you on this. Kaya hindi na rin ako sumasali sa mga book clubs ngayon dahil dito. <3

Magsasaboy ako ng updates today kasi naka-8 hours of sleep ako! HAHAHA! Ang saya ko! First time in a loooong time. Parehas kasi kami ng problema ni Gideon sa buhay. Ang sarap talaga ng melatonin. So there, gift ko to you, readers! Confetti posting! YEEES!

Ang layo ko na sa Only You. Chapter 18 na ako. Ideas are just pouring out of me. Like an avalanche. Or a hot lava kasi nga nasa ano na akong part hahaha. Don’t you just love it when your brain just takes you to other dimensions? Iyong tipong kahit ‘di ka na magbakasyon, okay lang kasi ang pakiramdam mo, ang dami mo nang napuntahan?
          
          Great escapist here.

ANNOUNCEMENT: 
          
          Apologies to my Hiraya readers—no new post today. I’m still not quite happy with how the latest episode turned out. May isang scene na hindi ko sure kung maganda bang ilagay and I’m still fixing the dialogue between the characters, making sure that it flows smoothly (like Gideon’s baby butt facial skin kind of smooth).
          
          The good news is, I will be updating Only You today with a double post since the next three chapters are tightly intertwined (YEY!)
          
          And keep an eye out: if I’m satisfied with my edits, I might just drop the first chapter of Close to You TONIGHT!
