just because you are not alone physically doesn't mean you aren't alone mentally. This kind of thing typically happens when a person feels lost, and stressed. the thought of people being there for you is nice and feels healing, when in reality they are not aware of the issue going on mentally within their friends head. It is also a common sign of depression. similar symptoms include lack of motivation. This symptom typically feels like everything is pointless, and if bad things happen then it happens. a sort of helplessness if you think about it. In all honesty this type of mood is one of the hardest to get rid of depending on the patients persona. The best you can do to get rid of it is to figure out Why you feel that way. the thing is, that is sometimes the hardest part of it. I recommend talking to somebody you are EXTREAMLY familiar with BC they tend to understand you more than anyone. Parents are typically not that person. Hope this helps a bit.
