Writing and reading is how I escape from the world, from my pain.
When I'm not writing or reading everythign hurts. I start to get scared and I just feel anxious and wanna cry. I try not to let the numb take over whenever this happens. But some days are worse than others.
I hope you have more good days than bad days.
Bad days are really hard to get through.
