*•mini rant/pet peeve•* okay, so ion know if it’s jus me, but i’m getting absolutely tired of this persona of mc characters that have a history of being abused and taken advantage of, to the point to where all they do is cry and let ppl walk all over them- like i understand that some personal experiences are jus too much and can weaken someone, but at some point, you gotta stick up for yourself, yk? like, i’m reading this story rn (i won’t say the name bcs i don’t want no drama w the author ) but all the mc does is cry and black out at the smallest inconvenience  like girl, put some bass in your emotions. it’s highly annoying and the whole “weak, emotional” mc thing is getting old. these mc’s needa learn how to carry a glock on em and learn how to knock a nígga out. and let’s not get started on them getting pregnant by their rapíst- it’s cliché atp .
