When I created this profile, I was 15 years old. 

Now, I'm 26. 

A lot of time has passed. A lot of growth has happened. 

Am I still a nocturnal species? As good as. I have renounced that nature in the face of societal expectations. But the ardour to stay up late still has hold in me. 

Am I an adult? For all intents and purposes. I have a degree in international communications. A career in publishing as a marketing coordinator and editor.

Have my dreams come true? Some of them. Some are within reach. I have a lot going for me. And a fair share going against me.

When I write - which I do too little of - I feel like my worth manifests. That's both unhealthy and gratifying - a predicament I encounter in most of my crafts. Creativity is my driving force and absolutely exhausting. 

I still think ...

· Harry Potter remains an unbeatable classic and endless source of inspiration and joy that the author - no matter political opinions - should be credited for. 
· I think cancel culture is both an incredibly important movement and a devastatingly destructive force in society that tests and threatens the ideology of free speech.
· Nostalgia is a drug. 
· The live action Scooby Doo-movies are fantastic. 
· Barbie in the Nutcracker and Barbie of Swan Lake are wonderful.
· Avatar the Last Airbender (the animated series) is excellent storytelling.
· How the Grinch Stole Christmas with Jim Carrey, The Polar Express and Home Alone are must-sees every year. 
· The ability to compromise is a life skill beyond measure. 
· Self-discipline is an absolute virtue.

As a creative creature, I see no end to the possibilities of the world. I see no reason why two seemingly complete opposites wouldn't be able to find some common ground to explore together. Wonder is a beautiful thing.
