Hey I'm Ashley, but you smart cookies probably already knew that.

Since you went to the effort of clicking on my profile I guess I should tell you about myself. 

1] I like to read and write (duh).
2] I was born in the year of the dragon. (which basically means if you annoy me your eyebrows will be singed).
3] I don't like it when people ask me to read their books.  I'll read whatever the hell I wanna read!
4] I'm from New Zealand.

Yes, New Zealand does actually exist, it's not just a rumour.  I feel like its my duty to educate you on the place I call home so...

1] New Zealand is made up of three islands; North Island, South Island and Stewart Island.
2] Pineapple Lumps...if you don't know what those are you should be ashamed of yourself.
3] Pavlova is a New Zealand invention.  The Australians are just trying to claim it.
4] Kiwis are our national bird.
5]  New Zealand was the first country to let women vote. Yay!
6]L&P; stands for lemon and Paeroa 
(if you're not from NZ don't even try to say the last word, you will get it wrong) 

You have been semi educated but grandpa google will help you if you feel obligated to learn more about NZ.

Oh yeah, I have a book! You should definitely read it.

Oh, and I live under a rock and don't really do social media, so ha! You'll never find me.
