          Hey everyone ,
          
          Like I already mentioned on my Insta story last night —
          I’m heading out on a one-week vacation  (finally ‍), and guess what?
          That means: NO updates this week ‍♀️
          Because I won’t be carrying my laptop around like a baby stroller. 
          
          Now before the pitchforks come out —let me remind you:
          I gave y’all a target  for the next update.
          It wasn’t met. And if we’re being honest, some of you just... didn’t show up.
          But the spam for “update when?” never stops. 
          
          I poured my energy into writing 7700+ words last time.
          And what do I get? More pressure. More taunts. Less support.
          I'm tired. I'm disappointed.
          I’m a human, not a machine in dark romance packaging. ‍️
          
          So this time—I'm stepping away for my peace. ‍♀️
          Please don’t spam. Don’t taunt. Don’t hate.
          I’m doing my best... and sometimes, your words hurt more than you think. 
          
          And to those who vanish when it’s time to support but show up only to demand—
          Where are you now?
          
          I’m praying to Mata Rani  that when I return after this break,
          I see growth, love, and maybe a little more kindness here.
          Because right now? I feel demotivated, and that’s the truth.
          
          So for now—Tara, your small, struggling author ,

          (yes, me—the one who bleeds angst and plot twists for you every chapter )
          
          Let’s get this straight:
          
           I WON’T COUNT SPAM COMMENTS AS REAL COMMENTS. 
          Say it louder for the copy-pasters in the back.
          
          It’s been 15–20 minutes and a reader has been spamming the comment section like it’s a bot challenge.
          Same words. Same sentences. Again and again.
          Congratulations, you hit the number. But guess what?
          I won’t upload a single thing next.
          
          What's this behaviour? Seriously?
          Can’t even drop 400 genuine thoughts on a chapter that was 7700+ words long?
          I poured pain, plot, blood, darkness, trauma—
          And y’all gave me “update pls ” x50? 
          
          Oh, and where are those people now?
          The ones who taunted me when I was late posting?
          The ones who were bold in DMs but now can’t comment, follow, or vote?
          
           Baby, I see you. I remember.
          
          I said it before and I’ll say it again—
          I WANT GENUINE COMMENTS.
          Engage with the characters. The scenes. The dialogue. Something. Anything. But not spam.
          
          Why should I keep writing 7K–9K word chapters when y’all treat the comment section like a copy-paste assignment?
          
          FYI:
          The next chapter?
          It’s 12,000+ words long. And unless the current target is met with real, heartfelt, honest comments—
          It’s not coming.
          
          And trust me, I HATE sounding like this.
          I never want to scold the people who support me. I’m still here, still writing, because of the ones who genuinely love HTD and show up for it every time. 
          
          But seeing spam? It’s draining. It’s disheartening. It’s disrespectful.
          And no, I won’t stand for it.
          
          So send hate if you want. I can take it.
          But know this:
          It’ll be unjustified hate.

Would u even upload or not?

Even though I love his to devour and crazily obsessed with it but I am starting to fall for other book that is letters to romeo by Ash knight because of this glitching problem and late updates by Author sorry dear author but my patience is fading that why I stop asking for update you can upload when ever you are free 

Firstly. I'm sorry because I maybe sounding very harsh and I have no intention of hurting and blaming author. But seriously at this point I'm frustrated because you kept telling us that we'll give chapter update till tomorrow and after that. But you don't give us update. We understand that wattpad maybe glitching and other personal things happens. And we patiently wait till you give update. But right know you kept delaying it. You tell us to wait and we'll wait. But don't crush over hopes. If you give certain timeline to update chapter then please complete it. Once again I'm sorry if I offended you author. But it's sad.
