Beatrice "Beat" Jackson is a very average junior at the very average Dellonville High School in the very average state of New Jersey. It has very average kids and a very average rich brat named Brittnay Gale. But the new kid, Theo "Teddy" Ellios, has a plan to shatter all of that and Beat can't resist getting involved.
