What are some things that help when your depression or anxiety kick in really hard? Because I have been struggling so much nonstop for the last year and I don’t know how to function anymore. So any tips would really help because it feels like it can’t get better.

first off keeping in touch with friends is really important, especially when all u wanna do is push them away— secondly cleaning ur room/work space is huge because we both know its a mess and that simple action can make things feel lighter. third and most importantly set small goals, stop think of this big picture and all the thing u gotta do, choose one thing, like folding ur clothes, and do it. Also drink lots of water because i know how it feels to not even want to get out of bed and eat so make she you drink lots of water.
