Just finished Attack on Titan. I am not okay. I actually feel broken because of Armin,Eren, and Mikasa.

I understand why Dabi had become a villain,Endeavour was definitely a shitty person and a terrible father, however,I noticed that people defend Dabi's actions and have badly misjudged his character. Yes,Dabi's backstory is sad, and he had every right to become a villain, but he had a choice not to become one.Even though Endeavour did care for Toya greatly,he was still a terrible father to him. I understand that, but Toya had only become a villain because he wanted his father's attention and had wanted to surpass All Might, eventually becoming obsessed with revenge. Endeavour had made it as clear as glass why he no longer wanted to train Toya to surpass all might. He does have a justified reason as to why he became a villain, but it still does not excuse his actions. At this point,he's worse than Endeavour. Dabi has killed multiple civilians and has no doubt used many of them. May I also mention that he only cares about Enji falling from his heroic pedestal that society had created for him? While the headcannons that Dabi cares for the league are fun and bring me joy to read,it is also incorrect for his character. In season 6,Dabi admits to Shoto that he can no longer feel after Shoto talks about Natsuo almost dying due to a villain Dabi had hired.Endeavour has at least TRIED to correct his past mistakes and it is shown he does still have a heroic heart even if not fully due to the fact that even though fighting Dabi is his duty,he doesn't want to fight his own son. Endeavour at least holds SOME remorse for his actions, whereas Dabi holds none. Also, Dabi is not stupid. He was aware of the impact his reveal would have, and he did not care,he only wanted to see Endeavour broken.Dabi is far gone and has no chance at redemption.Dabi knew what he was getting into and what he was doing. Just because Dabi has a sob story,it does not excuse what a terrible man he is.
