When was the last time you complimented someone?
And I don't mean a returned compliment. When was the last time you went up to someone you may not know and told them that they had a beautiful smile, or you loved their sense of style?
It may not seem like much, but your words, even though they're as 'insignificant' as a casual compliment, are very important.

Have you ever had thoughts of suicide? Chances are, you probably have.

Now put the two together. If you were having thoughts of suicide and someone came up to you, and said, "Has anyone ever told you that you're awesome?" 

How would it have affected you?

Words have power. It's about time we took advantage of that in a positive way.
